1. Account Registration

To access our web application, users must create an account by providing the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Cellphone number
• Company details
• Tax identification number

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Sharing accounts or using another person’s account is strictly prohibited. ProgressTech Industries reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Subscription Plans

Our subscription model operates on amonthly or annual basis, with the following pricing:

• Monthly subscription: Rp. 100,000 per month
• Annual subscription: Rp. 1,200,000 per year

Payments are due by the20th of each month. Failure to make timely payments will result in suspension of access to the web application until payment is received.

Important Notes:

• There areno refundsfor canceled subscriptions.
• We do not offer free trials.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payments viabank transferonly. All fees are non-negotiable and must be paid in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Late payments may result in account suspension, and users will not regain access until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our proprietary software, trademarks, sensors, controllers, and other devices created by ProgressTech Industries remain the exclusive property of the company. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our platform and devices solely for their intended purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

• User Data Ownership: Data collected by our sensors and controllers belongs to the respective users. However, ProgressTech Industries may access this data for maintenance, repair, calibration, or as required by applicable laws or regulations.
• Data Security: User data is stored securely in a professional cloud computing facility. We do not share this data with third parties unless legally obligated (e.g., government requests).
• System Downtime: Occasional downtime may occur due to application maintenance, upgrades, or failures in third-party services. ProgressTech Industries is not liable for any inconvenience caused by such disruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProgressTech Industries shall not be held liable for:

• Malfunctions or inaccuracies in sensor readings.
• Application downtime, errors, or delays.
• Consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or other indirect losses.

Users acknowledge that our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, except as explicitly stated in Section 7 below.

7. Warranties

We provide aone-year warrantyfor all devices (sensors and controllers) purchased from ProgressTech Industries. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Termination of Services

ProgressTech Industries reserves the right to terminate a user’s access to the platform for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by unsubscribing through the application. Once canceled, access to the web application will cease immediately.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using our platform for:

• Illegal activities, including fraud or hacking.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved througharbitration or mediationin accordance with Indonesian law. ProgressTech Industries’ headquarters in Indonesia shall serve as the jurisdiction for all legal matters.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website. Users will be notified of updates via email and in-app notifications. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
